As a close to our Rainforest Topic we were able to visit Belfast Zoo and see some of the animals we have been learning about. We were also able to feel the humidity in the Rainforest House and we were glad to get out of the building and into the fresh Northern Ireland air. Some of the class said it was the best school trip they have been on so far and for some it was the first time they had been at a zoo. Thankfully the weather stayed dry for us.
