Thank you for Downshire Church for setting up a lovely 'Prayer Space' in our school this week. The children, irrespective of faith, belief or background were all welcomed into the space and found the activities engaging and enjoyable. The children were able to take time to relax and unwind in this space and think of themselves and others. Feedback was positive and the children enjoyed having time to unwind and consider their own faith and beliefs. As part of our Eco-action plan health and well-being is a focus this year and we have definitely found this space helping us mentally and spiritually.
