On Monday 25th March, 2024 the children in P5 visited the Fire Station in Carrickfergus. They explored the newly refurbished building, heard about its history, had lots of ‘hands-on’ experience of using the equipment and most importantly, received a talk about fire safety.
It was a fantastic trip and everyone was grateful to Mr Derwin for making it possible. 😊
