NEW INTAKE   The forms for children starting Primary 1 in September 2022 are available online at www.eani.org.uk/parents/admissions from Monday 10th January with a closing date of Friday 28th January 2022 at 12.00 noon.

PTA CHRISTMAS PRIZE DRAW    Thank you to all who supported the Christmas Prize Draw. The list of winners has been posted on the PTA Facebook page.

EXAM WEEK    This will be week commencing Monday 10th January 2022. Can I stress that it is important that, if at all possible, your child has full attendance at all times, but particularly during exam week.

ATTENDANCE    This school has always maintained a high attendance level. We are required by the Education Authority to have an attendance level of 96%. Children who attend less than 85% are automatically referred to the Education Welfare Officer. Can I therefore encourage continued good attendance and arrival in school on time.

PARENTAL INTERVIEWS   These interviews will take place from Monday 7th - Friday 11th February 2022. The school will close during this week at 1.00 pm for all children to accommodate these interviews. Dinners will be served as normal. An invite will be sent to you shortly giving the option of a face-to-face or a telephone interview.

SCHOOL BOOK FAIR   We hope to hold The Book Fair the week 31st January – 4th February 2022. However, it will be held during school time only. Children will have the opportunity to visit the Fair and purchase books during the school day.

TRANSFER PROCEDURE   The transfer test result date is Saturday 5th February 2022. The online portal for post-primary applications will open on 1st February and close on 23 February 2022.

SCHOOL OPEN NIGHTS PRIMARY 7 CHILDREN    In the New Year various schools will be holding Virtual Open Evenings. Further information can be obtained from relevant School websites.

SCHOOL PHOTOGRAPHS   The photographer will be in on Monday 28th February 2022. They will be taking individual, family and school group photographs. Unfortunately family photos will be restricted to siblings within the school. Younger/older children cannot be brought in for family photographs.
