NEW INTAKE The forms for children starting in Primary 1 in September 2021 are available online at www.eani.org.uk/parents/admissions from Thursday 7th January with a closing date of Friday 29th January 2021 at 12.00 noon.

PTA CHRISTMAS COLOURING COMPETITION Thank you to all who entered this competition. EXAM WEEK This will be week commencing Monday 11th January 2021. Can I stress that it is important that, if at all possible, your child has full attendance at all times, but particularly during exam week.

ATTENDANCE This school has always maintained a high attendance level. We are required by the Education Authority to have an attendance level of 96%. Children who attend less than 85% are automatically referred to the Education Welfare Officer. Can I therefore encourage continued good attendance and arrival in school on time.

PARENTAL INTERVIEWS These interviews will take place from Monday 1st - Friday 5th February 2021. The school will close during this week at 1.00 p.m. for all children to accommodate these interviews. Dinners will be served as normal. As with so many things that have had to change, we are hoping to provide telephone interviews. Teachers will provide telephone interview times for their own class via Seesaw, and will also inform you of the staggered finishing times in operation that week.

SCHOOL BOOK FAIR The Book Fair has been rescheduled to May 2021. We will decide at a later date if it will be possible to hold this.

TRANSFER PROCEDURE The transfer test result date is Saturday 6th March 2021. Information regarding application for post primary for September 2021 will be available on the Education Authority website from Tuesday 2 February 2021.

SCHOOL OPEN NIGHTS PRIMARY 7 CHILDREN In the New Year various schools will be holding Virtual Open Evenings. Further information can be obtained from relevant School websites.
