Today we had two visitors from Chest, Heart and Stroke who came to speak about the dangers of smoking and vaping. We learned lots of facts and all about ten chemicals and potions and how they can affect our lungs and arteries. We do not want to have black lungs or tongues. We also do not want to have yellow teeth or look old and wrinkly with cold sores. We also found out what it is like to have COPD and that's not something we liked.
