We have been building numbers using Cuisenaire in Year 3. This week, we explored the number 11. We built a wall of 11 using only 2 rods. We then had to play ‘Make the Rod’ with our partner. We each set a rod down to make 11 and our partner had to find the matching rod. We also made our teen numbers using ‘Tens and Ones.’ Have a look!
