We have made an excellent start to our mental maths sessions in P6. We have been using the Top Marks website and have been making use of our individual whiteboards too. We enjoy working with partners and being set challenges in our table rows.
We have also made a good start to our STEM learning. We have investigated why we need to use soap and water, especially during these COVID-19 times. We learned that soap is needed to trap the oils on our hands, which trap the germs and bacteria which can make us sick. Washing the soap away, removes the harmful dirt and germs. We have also started learning about the organs and processes of the body. We are looking forward to learning about the process of digestion.
