Viking Day

Primary six had great fun taking part in Viking Day on Tuesday 13th October.  We took part in lots of activities and challenges.  We all had a go at weaving wool to make clothes and sticks to make Viking longhouses.  Some children enjoyed dressing up like a Viking and learning how to play a Viking game.  We learnt all about Viking weapons, had a go at making our own spear

Annual Outing We have now paid the final payment for our Annual Outing to the Grand Opera House on Friday 8th January 2016 at 1.30 p.m. I am sure we will once again have an excellent time.

Welcome to P.5!

Welcome to P.5!

As a new academic year begins it has been lovely to see all of the P.5 children looking refreshed and ready for an exciting year ahead!  We have now settled well into the routines of a new year group and have been getting used to being at the senior end of the school.

Funny Bones

The children in P3 enjoyed learning about the human body and creating their very own skeleton pictures. They had to cut out the different body parts and stick the bones together in the right order. Have a look at our lovely display!

Using ICT

In Primary 2, we have been learning all about ourselves. We have discussed how we are all different and have been using the programmes on our computers to record this.

I would like to take this opportunity of welcoming everyone back to a new school year. I trust that those pupils who are new to the school will have an enjoyable, educational time with us. The new school year started with a welcome to 30 new pupils in Primary 1.
